At EVEN SAFE LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, damaged goods, and refunds in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
14 days RETURN POLICY
- You have the right to cancel your order and return a product for any reason within a 14-day, starting from the day you receive your goods.
- To be eligible for a full refund, products must be returned in their original box with fresh outer packaging to protect them from damage during transit.
- You must return the products to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the products. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- If you discover that your goods are damaged upon delivery, please notify us immediately at hello@evensafe.co.uk or 0203 488 7088.
- We recommend inspecting the exterior packaging before signing. If visible damage is present, you may sign for the goods as “damaged” or refuse the delivery.
- In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, signing for a delivery does not affect your right to receive goods of satisfactory quality. However, we request that you notify us of transit damage in writing within a reasonable period (ideally within 14 days) to help us process your claim.
- Please retain all original packaging and provide photographic evidence of the damage to assist our investigation.
FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- Our products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for 24 months (or 60 months for Supra C500 Pro / Supra P500 Pro purchased after 1.1.2018). This does not cover batteries.
- If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us immediately with a description of the fault. If we cannot resolve the issue over the phone, you will need to return the item for inspection.
- If the product is found to be defective, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, including a refund of the original delivery charges. Please request our Freepost address for returning confirmed defective items.
- If a product is found not to be faulty upon inspection, it will be returned to you, and the cost of return carriage will be charged.
CANCELLING INSTALLATION SERVICES
- If you have booked an installation service and wish to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made after the dispatch of equipment or within a short window of the appointment may incur costs related to logistics or technician scheduling, as outlined in your specific service agreement.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

- Step 2: Ensure your customer details and order number are enclosed inside the package.
- Step 3: Securely pack the item in its original box with protective outer packaging.

PROCESSING REFUNDS
- We will process your refund as soon as possible, and generally within 30 days of confirming your entitlement to a refund via email.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
- For standard returns (cooling-off period), we will refund the price of the product in full plus the initial delivery cost.
- For defective products, we will refund the product price, delivery charges, and provide a Freepost method for the return.
